Stacey Stratton is using her BA in Communications, MA in Special Education, and experience as an educator, to work with parents and schools in communicating the special needs of children with food allergies.  Her book, Allergies at School, is a resourceful guide for parents working with their school to help increase their child’s safety. Stacey is also the founder and creator of PeanutFreeZone.com, a website that provides tools and resources in one place to help keep children with food allergies safe.  Some of these resources include food allergy awareness products designed by Stacey's sister, a graphic designer and food allergy mom to two young boys. As an advocate for inclusion, Stacey is always creating or promoting a variety of ideas for allergy-friendly food and fun.
